A LITTLE ABOUT THE FOUNDER

 Hello! I am Lisa Woodfin am the founder and weight loss, vitamin nutrition, and peptide therapist here at Vitality Health and Wellness. I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and in the medical field for over 30.

My passion is wellness and complimentary medicine. I believe in blending traditional, Western medicine with Eastern practice and new, cutting-edge therapies to treat and prevent illness/disease.

My husband, Aaron, and I reside in Hanover with our 7 children. When we have a free minute, Aaron and I enjoy attending music concerts, as this is one way I have found to center myself and engage in the self-care practices I teach my patients.
